Submitting a form asks POSH to contact you about travel services. It does not reserve a hotel, train, flight, guide or tour, and does not create a confirmed booking. A confirmation screen or request reference acknowledges receipt of the enquiry.
Routes and published offers
The website presents named packages and route ideas. The final itinerary depends on your dates, party, preferences and available services. Where a price is published, read its stated currency, validity, room and group basis, inclusions and exclusions. A displayed offer is subject to confirmation; a request for different arrangements may change the price. Photography illustrates destinations and does not by itself guarantee a particular room, view or experience.
Your agreed proposal
Before booking, review the written proposal or service agreement covering itinerary, accommodation, transport, guiding, meals, total price, payment schedule and cancellation conditions. Ask for clarification where a service or alternative is unclear. Confirmation follows the agreed acceptance and payment process; only explicitly confirmed services should be treated as reserved.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change and cancellation terms depend on the agreed service and the relevant supplier, including hotel, transport and airline conditions. Tell POSH promptly if your plans change. Any applicable charges, refund eligibility and timing must be assessed under the terms supplied for your booking; this website does not promise a universal refund or free cancellation.
Flights and third-party booking
A flight request is not a ticket. Fares and seats can change before issuance. Review names, route, airport, baggage, connections and fare rules before purchase, then check the issued ticket and airline confirmation. Links to airlines or other external services take you to a separate provider whose terms apply to that transaction.
Preparing for travel
Travellers should check the entry and document requirements applicable to their citizenship and route using current official information. Share accessibility, dietary and other relevant needs early so that suitable options can be discussed. Outdoor programmes, opening times and transport may need adjustment for conditions or supplier changes; material changes should be discussed as part of the booking arrangements.
