When you submit a request, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email or telephone, preferred contact method, travel dates, party size, selected tour and your wishes. We use it to understand the request, contact you and prepare or manage a travel proposal. Please do not include passport scans, bank-card details or unrelated sensitive information in the form.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s protected database and viewed through the protected administration area. Operational notes and request status may be added as the conversation progresses. Access is intended for the people handling your travel request. The website does not publish your enquiry. Server and security logs may contain technical information about requests.
Cookies and external services
No marketing analytics is enabled by default on this website. An essential authentication cookie is used for the administrator area. Fonts are hosted on this website. If you open WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Maps or an airline link, you use a separate service governed by its own privacy practices. These services may process your network and account information.
Suppliers and payment
Preparing a proposal does not require you to enter payment-card details on this enquiry website. If you later agree to travel services, any necessary supplier information and payment arrangements should be explained as part of that process. A separate payment provider handles any checkout opened from an approved payment link; review its privacy information before proceeding.
Retention, corrections and deletion requests
Request records are retained for operational handling and follow-up until reviewed by POSH. There is no automatic fixed deletion period stated here. To ask about your information, correct it or request deletion, call the official number below and provide your request reference if available. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained for an agreed service or applicable obligations.
